The Space:

As evening settles, the outdoor living area invites you to gather around the fire‑pit for s’mores while the stars peek through the treetops.

Comfortable couches, captain’s chairs and a 16‑person dining table create a relaxed setting for meals al fresco. A separate fire‑pit area is perfect for roasting marshmallows. The property spans two acres, offering creeks, a pond, and ample space for kids to explore salamanders, crawfish and birdlife.



Kitchen & dining

The fully stocked kitchen includes every appliance and utensil you might need, a coffee bar with Starbucks drip coffee, a mixology bar, Insta‑Pot, blender and kids’ plates. A breakfast bar seats three, while the formal dining room accommodates eight. High‑speed internet is available throughout the home.

Pet policy

Dogs under 20 lb are welcome with prior written approval and a $250 fee per pet (maximum two). Service animals are exempt from this fee. Cats are not permitted.

The property is limited to eight guests to preserve its pristine condition. Early check‑in or late check‑out may be arranged for an additional fee subject to availability. Check‑in is key‑code enabled for 24‑hour access; no physical keys are required.



Safety & housekeeping

Bears are attracted to food, so store all edibles in the locked pantry. Bear‑proof trash cans are located on Upper Lake Road—secure lids tightly. The home is professionally managed, sanitized between stays, and equipped with mattress encasements, pillow protectors and hypoallergenic bedding.
