The home is on the second row on Bermuda Beach only steps from the ocean. We are pet friendly. Your fur babies will love the proximity to the beach. Enjoy views of horseback riders on the beach, relaxing sounds of the ocean from the upper deck, or a cool beverage on the lower covered patio. This cozy home will give you that much-needed escape to relaxation and fun.

The well-equipped, updated kitchen will accommodate you and your guests. There are two bedrooms and a pull-out sofa so the house can sleep up to 6 people comfortably. The bathroom was recently updated as well. The finishings give it a spa-like, tranquil feel. The house has wifi and Roku for entertainment.

The Property is located only minutes from all the excitement that Galveston has to offer but offers you the peace and serenity of beach living.

This place is the perfect location for Galveston. 10 minutes away from the main Seawall attractions, but much more peaceful to enjoy the beach. The amenities were perfect and plentiful. The beds were very comfortable. My daughter now wants the same mattress. We would have given excellent, but one too many lightbulbs were burnt out. Didn’t matter during the day because of the big skylight, but the owner did say they would be replaced soon.

Nice little escape

The Green House

This house was perfect for a couples getaway who have dogs! 1 minute little walk to get to the beach, outside shower to rinse off, more than enough room inside to hangout, and the MULTIPLE patio areas with furniture was perfect! Only thing I would say is bring extra toiletries and there are stickers in the grass all around, so wear shoes at all times :)

We enjoyed staying at the house, thank you! Loved how close we were to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. The only recommendations we’d make would be to fix the vinyl couch - one of seats was broken, and maybe don’t list the pull-out couch as an extra bed. It was way too uncomfortable to sleep on as a bed. Overall loved it!

Little heaven on earth

My wife and I just returned from this property and it did not disappoint. It is perfect for a small group and the location is incredible. We were steps from the beach and spent hours just soaking in the sun. We spent the majority of our time on the comfy patio and the rooftop terrace. The communication from the host was responsive and polite. We would definitely stay again and will refer our friends. Thank you!

Wonderful home

We just finished our stay from June 3 to June 6. The beach was a quick 1 minute walk and it was a wonderful quiet area. The house was the perfect size abs had everything we needed for a short family stay. The house was cleaned very nicely upon our arrival and prior guests left a few odd and ends (dish soap, paper towel, etc.). The kids loved the views of the beach and the roof top deck. We plan on coming back again next year.

Beautiful views!

The property location was perfect. The main deck had a clear view of the beach. We enjoyed sitting out there and watching the waves. The interior was just right for my husband, pup and I. The kitchen had everything we needed plus some. The shower looked like it had been updated recently. The reasons for the missing 5th star are minor. The shower outside didn’t work. We were able to use the hose though. There was a light bulb outside that was burnt out and a lamp inside that didn’t even have a light bulb. Some light switches didn’t seem to have a purpose (dining, a couple in the bedrooms). Some of the tile in the bathroom wasn’t completely glued. Other tile was cracked or missing grout. The salt and pepper shakers were just about empty and the container of dish detergent was empty under the sink. There was a load of towels in the dryer, too. The property advertised 3 bedrooms but there were only 2.Overall, the place was amazing. The view and proximity to the water were well worth it. We would definitely come back.

My Third Visit!

Obviously I like this place since it was my third stay. The good: pet friendly, proximity to the beach, neighborhood and neighbors, large covered deck, close to Seawall blvd and dining, vey quiet and relaxing, the views, WiFi and Roku/cable tv. The cons: too much light coming from large skylight especially in early evening if you try to watch tv, some railings on deck loose and they swing in the wind (potential hazard to dogs or children) , chair and large sofa in living room lost their support and you sink as you try to sit, shower drain was clogged and overflowing from day 1 until I removed a large tail of hair from it. All in all I do enjoy my stays and will be back!

Just Beachie

Check in was probably the most difficult because we didn’t get in for about 1 hour because the email that she said sent unfortunately didn’t arrive until we got there and we weren’t able to contact her, so we had to have Vrbo contact her. The one thing I wish was that there was another gate by the second set of stairs because my 1y kept trying to climb the stairs. There is a loose piece of wood by the second set of stairs which scared us because our 1y found it and she was trying to get thru! Other than that it was beautiful and the sounds were amazing! But watch out for the ants lol they are fast and swarm anything. But it was very homey and comfortable and super clean! It was like a home away from Home. We wish we would have stayed an extra 3 days :( Until next time because we are definitely coming back!!!! Highly recommend them and just make sure you check your email 1 week prior to departure so you can avoid the delayed check in process :)

Good but far from great

Very good location on Bermuda Beach BUT several significant issues. Firstly, email with instructions was never sent until I contacted the owner 2 hours prior to arrival. Very difficult to open and close "the hurricane front door". Property was left unlocked completely prior to our arrival and key was hanging inside on a cabinet door. Another key was in a master lock box that was stuck and we could not open it. Multiple lamps don't work in the bedrooms despite changing light bulbs. Owner never answered my text about these. Fire ants around the dinner table and also on the patio furniture. No outdoor shower, just an old crooked hose. Coffee maker is broken also. No laddel to serve our soup we cooked. No grinder either for cheese. TV sound very low on MAX and can not hear the TV. Recommend to stay elsewhere for less money.
