FW2 "Mondseeberg" is located in the 1. Floor and consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen with dining and living area, shower and toilet separate. The balcony on the south and east has a fantastic view of the mountains and a deer park.

Within walking distance there is a shopping center with supermarket, bank, tobacconist, café, pizzeria and solarium as well as a sports center with tennis court, badminton, squash and billiards. In our garden there is, among other things, a small playground with swings, slide and sandpit, toys for children, a barbecue area and a place for undetected relaxation. There is ample parking and a garaging for bicycles available. Our apartments are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival and until 10:00 on the day of departure.

Comfortable quite appartement in nice neighboorhood

Appartement is brand new, very modern and with all equipment I like during holiday: very good shower, well equiped kitchen, comfortable bed, large couch and spaceous rooms. Neighbourhood is quite and in walking distance from the little town Mondsee, with several suthentic restaurants and konditoreien for breakfast, lunch and dinner and some nice shops. House owner Rosi is a very nice lady, always available for questions and advice.

Hält, was es verspricht - sehr modern und alles neuwertig

Wir haben uns mit 4 Personen in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Geräumig und mit ausreichend Platz, auch im Bad und den Schlafzimmern. Alles neu - nicht nur die Möbel, die ganze Wohnung schien neu gewesen zu sein. Besonders klasse war die große Couch, auf der wir sogar zu viert ausreichend Platz fanden. Der Fernseher war so modern, dass wir dank kostenfreiem WLAN Netflix schauen konnten. In der Beschreibung war die Tischtennisplatte nicht erwähnt. Die gab es vor Ort und mag für manchen vielleicht buchungsrelevant sein. Wäschetrocknen ging wunderbar auf dem überdachten Balkon des Schlafzimmers. Vom Wohnzimmer aus gab es einen weiteren Balkon - mit Blick auf Mondsee. Das Zentrum erreichten wir mit einem kleinen Fußmarsch zum Bummeln. Einkaufen nahe der Wohnung - zu Fuß 5 Minuten, mit dem Auto weitere Möglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Weiterzuempfehlen. Einziger Knackpunkt, die etwas sehr harten Matratzen, doch da ist es sicher schwer, es jedem recht zu machen. Hier gab es einige Bettenwechsel unter uns 4, bis jeder irgendwie liegen konnte. Die nahe gelegene Autobahn haben wir "leise" gehört, was aber nicht störend war - wir kennen das nur sonst so aus der Bergwelt nicht. Die Vermieterin war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Weiterempfehlung? "Ja, auf jeden Fall".

Eine Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Die Ferienwohnung, wie im Inserat beschrieben, ist total renoviert und hochwertig und modern ausgestattet. Keine verstaubtes Mobiliar und Kitsch an allen Ecken und Enden, sondern modern und klar möbiliert. Bad und separate Toilette ausreichend groß, die Dusche ebenerdig zu begehen. Beide Schlafzimmer mit ausreichendem Staudamm ausgestattet. Gute Matratzen und gemütliches Bettzeug sorgten für wohltuenden Schlaf. Wegen der vorhandenen Spülmaschine sollte das vorhandene Geschirr noch etwas aufgestockt werden, damit die Maschine immer voll beladen zum Einsatz kommen kann. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die im Haus wohnt und bei Fragen und Wünschen sofort weiterhilft.
