In Alt-Sassnitz directly on the beach promenade is your holiday home Villa Seeblick. Experience the magical charm of the old town of Sassnitz - a mixture of lovingly restored and new houses, connected by winding lanes and stairs. Enjoy the resort architecture with a Mediterranean flair, the sound of waves and stunning views of the Baltic Sea. Within walking distance you need to the city harbor and the national park Jasmund with its majestic chalk coast - a charming attraction and always worth a visit. There is a lift in the house. A garage is available.

VS 409:
The 3-room apartment 409 is located in the 4th Floor, with wonderful lake view and view of the historic center of Sassnitz,   • The kitchen is equipped with an integrated kitchenette with 2-plate stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. • The bedroom has a double bed. • 1x linen package per person (bed linen, bath towel, small towel) is provided and is included in the total amount • Internet Wi-Fi, the free Wi-Fi is an additional service, we do not guarantee the functionality. • The second bedroom has a bunk bed, which is especially suitable for children. • The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and hair dryer. A large and a small towel are available per person • With early registration, a cot and a highchair for 10 € each can be provided. • You can have breakfast in the adjacent restaurants and cafes. • A mailbox is available for your mail.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 00:00 to 10:00.

Spacious, comfortable, amazing view and great location

We would definitely stay here again. Practical location, very well equipped (kitchen supplies, plates, bowls, cups, extra bedding, cleaning supplies, etc. etc.), and everything was very clean. The kitchen is small so anyone planning to do a lot of cooking while staying here might have trouble, but otherwise I can't think of anything to say.
