Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Lock the hot tub cover as you found it. Place additional wait back
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
30 days tenants must sign the lease to enjoy the community gym, express check-in, etc. 6 bedrooms are included in the price. $350 for two additional.
All guests need complete the rental/registration agreement and sign the lease. Bath or shower towels or shower rugs can't be used for dog/cat beds.
Any changes after you check-in numbers of people/cars add $150. Community requires pet vaccination records. Plz keep the hot tub cover on if not used.

Great stay

This is a great property. There is plenty of room and a lot of activities such as a poker table and pool table. Everything was clean and Oleg left amenities as well. The house is located within a gated community. I would stay again.

Nice weekend stay in the Poconos.

This house is really nice and big. We stayed with 3 other couples and kids. Everyone had their own space. Everything you need is in the house. Only issue, and it was small, is you have to go through security at the gate for everything, entry, deliveries. Not a big deal, but it is a gated community.

Fun but challenging

Oleg, our host, was wonderful and communicative. The house was in pretty good shape for the price point. We traveled with both young children and aging parents. While the property is waterfront, the listing did not convey the steep incline and uneven stairs leading down to the water. Several of us took tumbles and my parents (76 and 80) dared not attempt it. Plenty of bathrooms and cozy bedrooms. Close to multiple activities and enjoyed the pool and games center at the complex's center.

Thank you for staying with us. Unfortunately, VRBO limits how many pictures we can have on the listing, and no one mentions anything before about steps. I have photos taken from the house facing the lake, and I believe it is visible that the house is on the hill. Also, if you look at a picture with kayaks, the image has steps and a hill. Unfortunately, the community only allows building steps that do not interfere wiled life, and we did our best to blend in steps into the slope.

A Poconos Thanksgiving

The house was located at the edge of the lake. The house had kayaks available for use. I think my children and grandchildren took part in every activity and had a great time.

Enjoyable space

The house itself provided plenty of spaces for children to play, adults to work remotely, meals to be prepared, family to gather and enjoy one another. Outside was peaceful, quiet and just lovely. The lake is beautiful and kayaking a real treat.
