Cosy village house

House on 3 floors in the heart of the charming Provencal village of Peynier, 22 minutes from Aix en Provence. The village is very close to the Sainte Victoire, a famous mountain painted by Cézanne. You will have the entire house with a living room opening onto the terrace on the ground floor. The second floor leads to the master bedroom, toilet and bathroom and on the 3rd floor you will find two bedrooms and a toilet with sink.
The house has all the comforts since it is my main place of residence. It is very bright and decorated with care.
The village is typically Provençal, you will find a greengrocer with local groceries, a butcher, a bakery, a pharmacy, a newsagent.
The Garenne forest located 2 minutes walk away includes a fitness trail, picnic tables, bowling green. The car park located 1 minute walk from the house is free. The village is ideally located in the heart of the Sainte Victoire vineyard to visit the many cellars that you can discover by participating in the Sainte Victoire rally, it is a great experience. In summer, you can enjoy the open-air cinema of Château Gassier, evenings of discovery of the stars or dance evenings organised in the surrounding estates.
Marseille is 30 minutes away and the first beaches as well.
