An open-plan kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and filter coffee maker. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the accommodation. You will have a 15m² terrace, perfect for outdoor meals and relaxation. A private parking space is included in addition to visitor parking. Enjoy the communal swimming pool with a paddling pool for toddlers (open from April to September, weather permitting), a pétanque court, a children's playground, table tennis, and a tennis court, all set in a green and peaceful environment, perfect for a relaxing stay. A prime location: just minutes from the beaches of Ondres and the Basque Country, close to shops and local activities. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price.
