Cute basement apartment with brand new full kitchen, two bedrooms, and fully separated from the main house! The second bedroom has a pull out sofa with a 4.5" memory foam mattress, it is comfortable. Plenty of room for cooking and dining with a large counter top, and dining table. Outdoor seating and a barbecue are also available for guest use. Centrally located and easily walk able to Sloan's lake park/restaurants/breweries, West Highlands restaurants/breweries, and Tennyson Street. Hogshead Brewery, Slo-Hi Coffee, and Leroys Bagels a five minute walk.
