Lovely new built property in Ste. Maxime, close to the golf course and the beach
The newly built villa is located in a very quiet residential area in the immediate vicinity of the Sainte-Maxime golf course and a short distance from the beaches of La Nartelle with numerous very popular beach restaurants. These can be reached by car in approx. 4 minutes without traffic jams. The center of Sainte-Maxime with all stores for daily needs, restaurants, the ferry to St. Tropez and the city beaches is 3 km away.
The villa
Completed in April 2024, the new-build villa is situated on a beautifully planted plot of 750 m² and offers a living space of approx. 150 m² on two levels.
The first floor is divided into a spacious living/dining area with TV and open, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
On this level there is also a bedroom with access to the garden and pool area and an en suite shower room with washbasin and WC as well as a separate guest toilet.
The upper floor offers three further bedrooms, two of which have access to a very spacious terrace with beautiful views and sun loungers. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and WC and the other two bedrooms share another separate shower room with double washbasin and WC.
In front of the living area, which offers a beautiful view of the pool and the garden, there is a terrace with sun loungers and a large hanging parasol, and to the side of the house – with access from the kitchen – there is an additional, gravelled terrace with a dining set, a small seating area, a plancha grill and an electric awning.
The approx. 750 m² plot is completely enclosed and offers beautiful Mediterranean planting as well as an attractive natural lawn. It has a south-facing orientation and is sunny all day long.
The centrally located swimming pool measures 7 x 3.5 m and is accessible via a comfortable staircase.
A garage and a further parking space are available to guests of this beautiful villa.
