Amazing place to stay, it is directly across from a trail head, parking lot is full of space for multiple truck and trailers, the inside is very clean, the owners are excellent at replying, i will highly recommend for a great weekend stay, i will be back in the future!
The check-in process was very easy, just make sure you check your messages before arriving so you can get the code while you have cell service. There is wifi access once you check in. The cabin was very clean and cozy with plenty of space for myself, my husband and 3 children (16-24yrs) to enjoy time together without getting on each others nerves lol. We came in for a visit with family, so we did not ride the nearby trails, but did utilize the gazebo overlooking the creek. Location wise, it is conveniently located and has easy to navigate routes to stores and entertainment. All in all, we had a fantastic weekend, and will definitely stay here whenever we come into the area to visit!
Hosts were great to work with and property was just as described. Clean and had plenty of “extras” that you usually don’t find at other vacation rentals. If we’re ever back in the area, we will definitely be looking to book again.
We stayed a long weekend to trail ride on the Hatfield and McCoy trail system.

We had a great weekend here, plenty of parking space, house was neat and clean with everything we could have needed. Plenty of outdoor gathering space and communication with host were A .
Will be back again.
We stayed to ride the trailers, 7 of us comfortably stayed in the house and had plenty of room for 2 trucks and trailers and 3 machines. Good location to ride from just about anywhere you’d like too.
Place was great and the owners responded fast with any questions or concerns!
My family stayed at this creekside retreat to ride on the Hatfield and Mccoy trails and it was great. We were unsure about the area and what was going to happen when we arrived but everything was great and we had the best time. I will say that the owners were helpful in recommendations and if we ever go back to the Delbarton area we will seek out this house.

Thank You Jodi for staying with us. Hope to host you again soon
Cute, clean lodging for me and my family. We were there for trail riding. Easy access for trailheads 14 and 15. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. Gave us quick responses when we needed local shops for broken quad and everything else we asked about. Can't wait to go back!
Everything about this place was great. We will definitely be staying here again. The only reason the location got a 4 star was because there is a ball park that shares a parking lot with this home and it gets crazy crowded but then on a good note you can run over to the concession stand and get some good snacks! We rode 10 hours one day. The trails were amazing around this property!
Loved the prime location, bedrooms, hosts and amenities. The only thing we didn’t have was an outdoors water access to wash our motorcycles. Aside from dust bunnies under furniture and baseboards, the home was clean and nicely decorated with tvs in each bedroom.
