Located in La Garde-Freinet, a charming Provencal village just 10 km from the beaches and 30 minutes from Saint-Tropez, this house spread over three levels, with a terrace and a little mezzanine, is ideal for a stay for two or a small group (up to 4 people). It is located in a quiet alley, just a few steps from the village's shops.
The property includes:
- A living room with a BZ sofa bed (140 cm), TV, and dining area, as well as reversible air conditioning for year-round comfort
- A functional kitchen equipped for cooking at home
- A bedroom upstairs with a double bed (140 cm) and a floor fan
- A terrace attached to the bedroom, with stunning views of the hills and the Croix des Maures
- A bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine

- Beaches 20 minutes away, Saint-Tropez 30 minutes away
- Numerous hiking trails and typical villages to explore
Shops within walking distance (5 min)
- Two public parking lots nearby, as well as parking spaces available in front of the house (subject to availability)

Please note:
A drying rack is available to hang laundry outside on the terrace. In case of bad weather, it can easily be moved indoors for drying.
