Beautiful Luxury Townhome at Loon Mountain South Peak in Lincoln NH

Located at Loon Mountain’s luxury resort area South Peak, this gorgeous, pet-friendly 4 bedroom 3.5 bath townhouse style condo is located on the banks of the Pemigewasset River. We provide everything you need for a comfortable stay including all bed linens, towels, laundry facility and cooking/dining equipment.

Downstairs:
The open concept main floor showcases a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen outfitted with granite, stainless steel, and wood floors. The dining/living room area features a gas fireplace and access to the balcony with stunning views of the river. Adjacent to the living room is a convenient half bath.

Two of the four bedrooms are also on the main floor. One bedroom sleeps two or three with a bunk bed (double on bottom, twin on top). The second bedroom on the main floor offers a queen size bed with a birchworks mattress. Both main floor bedrooms share a full bathroom featuring a tub/shower and a large vanity area. There is a half bath under the stairs.

Upstairs:
The remaining two bedrooms are found up a short flight of stairs. The master bedroom features a king size bed with a Purple mattress, UHD TV, plenty of closet space, beautiful views of the river and a large private bath with a double sink, granite counter vanity, large shower, soaking tub, and a separate water closet. The second upstairs bedroom hosts a queen size bed, cable TV, and a private full bath. You will also find a full size HD washer and dryer upstairs.

Extra Amenities:
The condo is equipped with a queen size air mattress for extra sleeping space. In the garage, you'll find a Foosball table and several river tubes. Just a few yards from the condo's front door and nestled at the edge of the forest on the banks of the river are a fire pit (wood is provided), gas grill and Jacuzzi, with adjacent shower/restrooms, perfect for a relaxing evening any time of year!

Explore the Area:
Loon Mountain is a four season resort area with an abundance of activities! Of course the mountain provides incredible skiing and snowboarding (the condo has excellent access to a new lift and is a “ski back” area). Fun abounds during the warmer months as well. Loon Mountain has also developed a fun and exciting adventure park featuring zip lines, trampolines, challenge course, mountain biking and more. Restaurants and the expansive retail amenities of Lincoln are within walking distance directly across the river.

Other attractions are very close by such as the movie theater, miniature golf, and a water park. Or take a drive on scenic Rte 112, the Kancamagus Highway to Conway, and explore the wonders of the White Mountains.

We loved staying at this property at Loon Mountain South Peak. The townhome was very comfortable, it included everything that we needed for our stay. The location was perfect for our ski trip to Loon. The owner was great to work with, his communications were outstanding, he provided all pertinent information that we needed, check-in and check-out were very easy. We recommend staying here, and we will definitely be back for another stay at this location!

What an absolute gem of a place! We went up as 2 families with 3 kids and this condo is fabulous- so much space but still super cozy and inviting. You can see the south peak lifts from the windows and it’s a 3-4 minute walk to the chair- easy to come in to warm up and have lunch and walkable to the main Loon hotels and shops. Would highly recommend and plan to be back!

Amazing stay in Lincoln. The host was fantastic. Great communication. The condo is super nice. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Timbertown chair is a 5 min walk and you can ski right back to your door. We used the shuttle 1 day. Amy the driver was soooo nice. Pickup at your door. The shuttle is also amazingly new and clean. No blue bus picking you from riverside terrace. The condo had everything and the some. They have thought of everything! This is the type of place that just makes you jealous it’s not yours and you can’t do this every weekend! We would absolutely rent here again in the winter, and it’s right on the river so I’m sure summer is cool too. Also great outdoor hot tub. We were the only ones using it both nights we stayed! Thanks again A

Why they chose this property

My family and friends love to spend time in the White Mountains hiking, skiing, tubing in the Pemi, and getting a good dose of outdoor adventure. We've had great times at Attitash, Storyland, Santa Land, Lost River, zip lining, hiking and skiing and the adventure park at Loon. Lincoln is a great vacation destination or launch point - traveling 200+ days a year also makes me appreciate amenities and thoughtful property touches, which I provide to my own guests.

What makes this property unique

There are many properties and rentals available in this area but what made us choose South Peak over the rest is the excellent location. Right next to the Pemi, you can conveniently walk to the ski lodge, grocery store, business district, and movies. I also like being able to take a private back road from my home to Loon Mountain lodge. We love the home's easy layout, which is quiet even when full of kids and was built with many well maintained luxury high-end features.
