The main floor is the second level, consisting of a large living area, spacious kitchen, and open dining area. Offering panoramic vistas of the marsh, tidal creeks and ocean, the living area offers lots of natural light and comfortable furnishings to accommodate a group of 10. The upgraded kitchen with breakfast bar is open to the dining area and offers access to a screened porch, expansive deck, and private pool.

The master suite makes up the entire third level and includes a king bed, flat screen TV, sitting area and private balcony with sweeping views. The master bath offers his and her sinks, walk in steam shower and soaking tub.
