We really enjoyed our stay, the place is cozy and set in a very nice building in probably the nicest area of the city. The whole building was very quiet, no noise at all, either from inside or from outside the building. The only let down for me was the sofa bed, there were 3 of us, I got the sofa, and it was really uncomfortable, you could feel all the springs.

The Good; cute little appartment in a great,secure location. 15 minute walk to any attraction in Rouen. The Bad; horrible communication with the rental company. After numerous attempts to get the exact location, was told I would be given coordinates a few days prior to our arrival. We got them a few hours before arriving in Rouen. The UGLY; after travelling for nearly 24 hours, get to the location only to find the appartment not cleaned. Not ready for occupation. Can not even use the toilet as there is no toilet paper. Contact the agency and was told they would try to get the issue resolved. A couple hours later, the appartment was cleaned up. Contact the agency about the issue, was told that it was merely a small inconvenience. I pressed the issue, they offered an extended checkout of an hour as compensation. After a back and forth they agreed to reimburse me the cleaning fee. But wait, were not done, now they can not figure out how to reimburse me. My recommendation, as good as this little appartment in a is, avoid any dealings with Archi-Duchesse in Rouen.

Kleines, hübsches, zentralgelegenes Studio

Angenehmes, kleines, gut eingerichtetes Studio im Innenhof eines grösseren, gepflegten, absolut sauberen Wohnkomplexes. Top Lage, preisgünstig. Die Velos konnten wir im Innenhof sicher abstellen. Das Studio befindet sich nicht in dem Hausteil, der auf dem Foto zu sehen ist, das ist etwas verwirrlich. d.h. dieser begrünte Hof liegt nicht direkt vor dem Studio. Wir haben uns gestört über die Zahlungsabwicklung der Kaution, weil wir der vorgeschlagenen Onlineplattform nicht trauten. Hatten jedoch die Möglichkeit die Kaution bar bei der Agentur zu hinterlegen, was wir sehr geschätzt haben.

Nous souhaitons toutefois apporter quelques précisions : il ne s’agit pas d’un studio mais bien d’un F2, comme indiqué dans l’annonce. Concernant l’environnement, nous n’avons jamais indiqué que la vue du logement donnait directement sur le jardin. Celui-ci est un espace commun de la résidence, ce qui est d’ailleurs visible sur les photos de l’annonce. Nous sommes également heureux que la solution de dépôt de caution en espèces à l’agence vous ait rassuré et convenu. Au plaisir de vous accueillir de nouveau. Bien à vous,

Logement très bien placé à Rouen

Le logement est très bien placé au coeur de la ville et dans une jolie rue. Pour 2 nuits, le logement nous a amplement convenu. Il était très propre et plutôt bien fourni. Si il y a une 3ème personne, il y a un manque de fourniture (comme une couverture, qui au mois de décembre est nécessaire...), merci à Home Rouen de faire le nécessaire !

Appartement agréable en plein coeur de Rouen

Quelle surprise de découvrir un hôtel particulier en plein cœur du quartier des antiquaires. L'appartement situé en rez-de-chaussée sur cour est lumineux, calme et très agréable.

Emplacement de rêve. Appartement charmant

Petite pépite au sein du Vieux Rouen dans un immeuble ressemblant à un hôtel particulier. Tout se fait à pied. 3 min de la Cathédrale. Quelques équipements à revoir, mais sinon rien à dire.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à Rouen. Il est idéalement situé dans une cour calme, ce qui permet de profiter de la tranquillité tout en étant proche des commodités et des attractions de la ville.
