Please reach out for availability and rate information!Ski and Golf! This newly remodeled home is located in the highly sought after Cordillera divide neighborhood. It sits directly on the par 3 golf course and is steps away from several hiking trails. Enjoy Cordillera's beautiful view while sitting in hot tub on the oversized back deck. The Cordillera community offers a fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and pickleball courts, as well as 3 amazing golf courses. It is a 20 minute drive to Vail ski resort and only 12 minutes to Beaver Creek. This home offers activities for everyone in the family and is perfect for your vacation needs.

❤️ Kensington neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay in the Kensington neighborhood of Cordillera. House was beautifully updated and decorated. Great view of pond and golf course. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous vacation home!

Owners were really responsive and helpful! The home is modern and fresh but still very comfortable, and was perfect for our family. The views of the mountains were stunning and it was fun to be on the par 3 golf course! We loved waking up to see a family of deer grazing in the backyard almost every morning! Fabulous kitchen and outdoor deck. We loved this place and have already decided to come back next summer!

Great home and host

Everything about the home is excellent. Very kid friendly. Gourmet kitchen with high end appliances and finishes. Bedrooms and bathrooms are top of the line everything. Snow removal service came every morning it snowed overnight. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to a friend.

The home was well equipped. The furnishings and beds were comfortable. It could have been a little cleaner. I would have loved to have had a Swifter or a small vacuum cleaner for the hardwood floors. The area around the outdoor gas grill and the grill itself were in need of attention. All of the amenities, the work out facilities, pools, ... are all located over 15 minutes away by car. The views from the Greatroom looking out of the huge windows overlooking the small lake, the golf course green and mountains were SPECTACULAR. The sunsets were glorious.

Sharon, thank you so much for taking the time to review our home! We always welcome feedback on how we can make our home better for our guests. We offer a Dyson vacuum cleaner with all attachments for our hardwood floors and carpet and will definitely add a Swifter to our collection. We have had a family of swallows join us for the summer above the grill on our deck. They are a protected bird and we are trying to accommodate them as well. We did buy a grill cover but we will definitely mention it to our HOA to see if there is anything we can do. Thank you again!
