Our condo is facing south with a panoramic ocean view and a beautiful line of palm trees. There are 2 large balconies, one off the master bedroom and one off the living room.

We have 2 reserved parkings for our unit. If you're in Long Beach for the Convention Event, this place is perfect for you. You are within easy walking distance to the Long Beach Convention Center, Performing Art Center, 5 minutes walking to the beach, 5 minutes driving to the LB Aquarium and Queen Mary. Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at Ken's condo in Long Beach! It was clean, spacious, comfortable and Ken is a wonderful host. We stayed here for a meeting at the convention center, which was only a 5-10 min walk depending on which end you needed to go to. All of our colleagues were envious that we had a full apartment while they were staying in smaller (and expensive) hotel rooms. It's also about a 10 min walk to the beach, the Vons grocery store and local restaurants, which were all perfect. We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice stay in Long Beach.
