Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout instructions are located at the bottom of the sheet on the refrigerator.
Please DO NOT strip beds. It is much easier on the cleaners if they do it.
Set upstairs and downstairs thermostats to 75 degrees (Spring, Summer, Fall) - 65 degrees (Winter)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Outside quiet hours are 10pm. Neighbors will call police if people are loud outside after 10pm. Keep it inside after 10pm and you will be fine.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED - Approved guests only - People who are not part of the group are trespassing unless approved. Minimum 5-Star Rating is required.
Due to lingering odors, and tight turnover, NO cooking with spices or foods that have pungent smells. Brussel sprouts and curry for example.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family trip. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, well appointed and room for everyone. The house is centrally located and within walking distance to everything. Rob was a wonderful host, great communication and accommodated early arrival and late check out. This is a beautiful and very clean home. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are very comfortable. There is a great living room area and even a nice sitting area outside. It is a short walk to Broadway and other places in Nashville. The owner, Rob, was such a pleasure to deal with and gave us great suggestions on places to go visit or eat. I stayed at the house with four other ladies and we had a great experience. We will definitely rent this property again the next time we are in Nashville.

Rob was amazing. The house was stocked with towels, showering supplies, full packs of make up wipes and everything we would need in the kitchen. There was even extra sunscreen in the pantry. We had a great time in Nashville & staying at the 5-Star Music Row house. Rob was very helpful with our questions and responded quickly! I'm a big believer in quality and manage my properties myself so you'll be communicating directly with me, not some third party corporation. My properties are centrally located and walkable to nearly everything in the downtown area.

I'm also very personable, love to meet my guests and am always available to provide recommendations. I tend to know the local spots to go to experience real Nashville, not just the tourist traps on Broadway. Happy to provide lots of tips to make your stay at my property an excellent experience!
