Lovely accommodations! We certainly had all the comforts of home and enjoyed our short stay. We appreciated how central this home was to our local family, the convenience of being minutes away from the wedding venue we attended, the airport, and close proximity to grocery stores. We would most certainly stay here again when back in Rochester.

We were incredibly happy with our stay at this property. It was the perfect location for visiting with our son who attends a local college and has all the comforts of home. It is close to Wegmans for groceries, shopping plazas, and restaurants, an easy commute on and off the highway when traveling, and in a super cute neighborhood. The home was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. Communication with the owner was top-notch. I highly recommend staying at this property - just not when I need it! We will be back!

This home was perfect for our stay in Rochester! It is conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The home was well laid out, clean, and comfortable for our multi-generational family’s stay. The neighborhood offers a quiet escape while being close to Rochester. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, and backyard is lovely. We will be booking again when we return for another family reunion! Beatriz was quick to communicate - and very flexible with our family.

This house is clean and comfortable. The property is well maintained with a nice backyard. It's 15 minutes or less to all of Rochester and the surrounding area. The only quirk is the second bathroom is in the basement. However, we would definitely stay there again and it added to our enjoyment of the trip.

The home was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. The location is a short drive to grocery stores and about 12 minutes to RIT. Beatriz was communicative and helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much we will likely reach out to rent again.

Very clean, comfortable and beautiful home in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping & restaurants. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and spacious. Our stay (4 adults), was just overnight, so we didn't need cooking supplies, but appreciated the cups and dishes available. We would love to stay here again.
