✹Beautiful and bright vacation rental condo at Majestic Sun is located directly across from the beach on the seventh floor and sleeps a total of seven (+ pack-n-play).
✹Amazing Gulf views from the living room and the balcony. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of the sugar white sands and clear emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
✹Stylish, comfortable living area with a 58" Smart TV, which provides an open layout to the dining area and kitchen, along with extra tall ceiling
✹Dining area includes a dining table that seats four guests with additional seating at the bar
✹Kitchen has new countertops and new stainless-steel appliances and is well stocked with all utensils and cookware to create your own meals while on vacation.
✹Master bedroom has a KING bed, SMART TV, an en-suite master bathroom with new walk in shower, and a large master closet
✹Second bedroom has a Queen bed + a Twin bed + Smart TV
✹There is an additional bathroom, accessible from the second bedroom and the hallway, which features a large vanity area as well as a tub/shower combination.
✹Enjoy an in-unit washer and dryer - we provide plenty of detergent and laundry supplies!

✹At Majestic Sun Resort, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, tennis courts, 18 hole golf course, and more!
✹Beach access is easy, simply stroll across the street to the beach and lounge on the sugar white sands.

Majestic Sun is part of the sprawling, Seascape Beach Resort with tons of pools, an 18 hole golf course, tennis/pickleball facility, basketball court, and 2000' of beach front – there is so much to do at Seascape! Majestic Sun is located in Miramar Beach, which features wide sidewalks for walking and biking while enjoying sights and sounds of the Gulf plus easy access to all the dining and excitement that Miramar Beach and Destin has to offer!

MANY restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away including:
✹ Pompano Joes, Whales Tail, Bad Ass Coffee, Pascalli’s Kitchens, Cabana Cafe (Open Late!), Royal Palm Grille and Beach Bar, and Surf Hut

Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. There is also a movie theater and a Publix Grocery Store.

✹ NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by local authorities and subject to fines.
✹ BOOKING GUEST MUST BE 25+ AND PRESENT DURING THE WHOLE STAY - In the event of a disturbance, property security or local police will be called.
✹ CANCELLATION POLICY: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% Credit Card Processing Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
>PLEASE NOTE: In the event you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know, and I will do my best to work with you. I am often able to rebook the dates and provide a refund.
