Delightful stay and I highly recommend. The apartment was tidy, well thought out, open view, comfortable bed and quiet surrounds. The host provided the essentials to get us going the next morning. The location was easy access from the airport, and there are a handful of very good restaurants within a 1-2 blocks. Best stay I’ve had in several years.
Property was clean, centrally located and all amenities listed were accurate. Highly recommend staying here and we will stay here when we return to SLC!
Probably the most comfortable bed andpillows of all of our vacation rental stays. All should strive for this level. Comforter was too warm for our taste. Bring a sleep mask.kitchen was well supplied with cookware and dishes Great TV with many viewing options. Comfortable seating.
Exactly what we needed for the weekend - clean and cozy apartment with AC, very comfortable bed, quiet, close to downtown, good restaurants nearby, and a great neighborhood to walk around. Host was quick to respond and checked in to make sure everything was going well (it was!). Only downside is that parking isn’t included, so if you have a car it’s an additional $10/night.
Mu husband and I recently stayed at this fabulous apartment in The Avenues neighborhood of SLC. Such a dream of a space. Wonderfully furnished. Safe area. Close to fun hip restaurants, shops, and sights to see. Clean and comfortable. Can not say enough about a great place for a weekend getaway.
Great place. Weird lobby and hallways but apartment was comfortable with a wonderful view. Close to restaurants and activities. Only downfall was that host said no fragrances were used on linens but they did in fact use scented dryer sheets. I got a rash and had to borrow pillow case and blanket from my son. Honesty would've been better.
We had a wonderful trip and a fantastic stay with Lake City Flats. The accommodations exceeded our expectations- we really just needed to bring our clothes- they provides everything else! If we are back in Salt Lake again, we will definitely be a return customer.
Just as photos depict. Well appointed kitchen which we used during our 6 days over Christmas. (We did bring a few things from home knowing we had some dishes to prepare for family gatherings) Everything was in excellent condition. Comfortable living room and bedroom. We had great views of downtown which was lovely with Christmas lights. Bathroom was great with all the extras you just might need. Location is just a few "long" blocks from downtown. Appreciated the garage parking for a small fee. We will absolutely try to book this apt again should we have an extended stay in SLC.
This is a pet friendly rental that is within 10 minutes of the U of U campus and the associated medical facilities. Located at the foot of the Avenues, it is a straight shot from the street in front of the building to Huntsmans.
The neighborhood is interesting and very walkable, close to some nice restaurants and coffee places, and good for walking a dog. It is a safe area, but I would recommend paying for the reserved covered parking just to know your vehicle is secure and away from the elements.
The rental itself is clean and has a great view of the Salt Lake cityscape and down valley. I really appreciated that the bedding and towels were unscented and the unit didn't have any fragrances. We didn't use the kitchen much this trip, but it was well stocked. The building is very quiet and there was very little outside city noise at night.
We'd stay here again!
