Guests must adhere to the following policies, particularly regarding age and use:
Age and Group Requirements:

You must be 25 years of age or older to book this property.

Strictly NO college spring break trips, events, parties, video shoots, or photoshoots. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to the age requirement.

The property does not allow groups under 25 years of age.

Occupancy:

The City of Fort Lauderdale only allows vacation rentals to advertise 2 guests (including children) per bedroom, hence the advertised 12-guest capacity. Groups needing more than 12 guests should contact the host prior to booking.

Location & Proximity (Driving Times):

Walk to Beach: A semi-private beach is a 5-10 minute walk; the main Fort Lauderdale beaches are about 1 mile away.

Walk to Events: Easy walking distance to the Convention Center, FLIBS (Boat Show), and Tortuga Music Festival.

Downtown/Shopping: Las Olas Boulevard is a 5-minute ride or a 30-40 minute walk.

Airport: 10 minutes to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL).

Attractions: 20 minutes to the Hard Rock Casino.
