With an area of 40 m², this apartment offers space for up to 4 people. In the cozy living room/bedroom you will find a high-quality pull-out sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) with latex mattress and a comfortable double bed (140 x 200 cm). A 32-inch Samsung Smart TV with integrated and prepaid Freenet card is available for your entertainment. You also enjoy free access to fast WiFi.

There is plenty of room for all guests at the dining table, from where you can enjoy the beautiful view outside.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a new refrigerator from 2024, a small ceramic hob, a stove (without oven), a new microwave from 2024 with grill function, a dishwasher and various pots and dishes.

The modern bathroom has practical towel heating, a shower and a large bathtub. A new hairdryer from 2024 is also available.

From the dining table, you can enjoy a picturesque view of the park, which can extend to the promenade and the beach. Experience the calming atmosphere of the green surroundings.

Parking is available in a paid parking lot just 500 meters away. This means you can conveniently park your vehicle and explore the immediate surroundings on foot without having to worry about finding a parking space.

Small to medium-sized dogs are welcome in our vacation apartment, but cats are unfortunately not permitted. A maximum of one pet is allowed per booking. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to bring your pet with you so that we can make appropriate arrangements.

Please note that a tourist tax is charged in Timmendorfer Strand. This is not included in the booking price and is charged separately. The amount of the visitor's tax varies depending on the season and is charged per person per night.

Our vacation apartment is in a prime location, just 100 m from the sandy beach. From the living room window you can partially see the sea, which extends behind a picturesque little forest.

A short walk from the front door leads directly to the beach. The center of Timmendorfer Strand can be easily reached on foot in about 5 minutes. Shopping facilities, bakeries and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, so you can easily reach everything you need.

The municipality of Timmendorfer Strand is located 15 km north of Lübeck in the enchanting Bay of Lübeck and is one of the region's main attractions.

Several Baltic seaside resorts are lined up here, with Timmendorfer Strand undoubtedly the best known. The elegant seaside resort impresses with its 8 km long beach, nature reserves and exclusive stores. Other attractions include the Sea Life Aquarium and the Ostsee Therme, ideal places for those seeking peace and relaxation.

The neighboring town of Niendorf also invites you to linger at the picturesque marina. The "Hansa-Park" amusement park in the nearby beach town of Sierksdorf offers an unforgettable experience for young and old.
