Welcome to Glad Tidings, a comfortable and well-appointed vacation home on Anna Maria Island. Designed with a boho-chic style, this home offers a laid-back and inviting space for your island getaway.

Inside, you'll find two master suites, each with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, providing plenty of space and privacy. The third bedroom features a set of bunk beds and easy access to the shared hallway bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials for preparing meals at home; however, please note that it does not have a full-size oven but includes a half-size microwave oven for convenient cooking.

Step outside to enjoy the private pool, perfect for cooling off or lounging in the sun. This home is just a 5-minute walk to Pine Avenue, where you’ll find local shops, restaurants, and island activities. Both the Gulf and Bay beaches are a short 10-minute walk away, making it easy to spend your days by the water.

**Please note: Property does not have a full oven.

*Please note: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. Great backyard space

We spent all our waking moments in the backyard ar Glad Tidings. It has wonderful outdoor covered dining space and lounging space in the yard and around the pool. Would recommend this property for anyone that wants to spend their time on the island outdoors.

Spring Break Perfection

We couldn’t have had a more perfect stay at Glad Tidings on Anna Maria Island. The home was perfectly located, beautifully furnished, clean, and the perfect mix of cozy and updated. The highlight may have been the backyard though - our family of 6, with four young boys, spent so much time enjoying the very private outdoor space - the pool (with basketball hoop!), dining on the covered patio, and playing lawn games on the turf. The location of the house is optimal - rent a golf cart for easy access to the beach, and shops and restaurant on Pine are easily walkable. We hope to stay at Glad Tidings many more times in the future!

Beautiful home with heated pool

My adult family and infant grandson enjoyed the quiet/ clean/tastefully decorated 3 bedroom and 3 bath home in the heart of Anna Maria Island. Wish it would have had a baby crib.We ate out so did not need an oven . Appreciated the heated pool.

Boho Chic, great outdoor space -

This property was really well done and the outdoor space really sets it apart from other rentals. We found the mattress in the third bedroom at the end of the hall to be very uncomfortable and the metal bed frame squeaked loudly every time you moved. On the other hand, the other two bedrooms were extremely comfortable. The property does not come with any beach chairs, (We were aware of this prior to arrival, but worth mentioning.) I would definitely suggest the property replace the tiny/thin bath and beach towels with something more substantial. Kitchen was well stocked. House is located in a very quiet and serene area with a short hop over to plenty of shops and dining options. We would definitely recommend, but would encourage some small changes to give it a full five stars.
