Welcome to Seaside Resort 303, a newly renovated Gulf-front two-bedroom, two-bath tropical escape located mid-island in paradise. This prime location is directly across the street from Publix Supermarket, Snook Bight Marina, and the award-winning Fresh Catch Bistro.

Step into an inviting open-concept layout with wood flooring throughout. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and well-stocked cabinets, making it easy to prepare meals. A pass-through bar connects the kitchen to the dining area, where a table comfortably seats four.

The living area is furnished with brand-new furniture, including a sleeper sofa and a smart flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead to the screened-in balcony, where you can take in stunning views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The balcony is furnished with a round glass-top table and four chairs, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening sunsets.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a smart TV. Sliding glass doors open onto the balcony, allowing you to wake up to breathtaking Gulf views. The en suite bathroom includes a vanity with storage and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and a wall-mounted smart TV. The adjacent guest hallway bathroom features a shower/tub combo for added convenience.

Instructions for opening/closing door were inaccurate according to technician who freed us from being trapped in condo. All furniture in sitting area smelled of unwashed human bodies and also needed replacing; couldn't endure sitting on any of them.

Perfect location on FMB, condo is literally steps from the beach/water. Unit was very clean and nicely updated bathrooms and kitchen! Keypad on door made for easy access without having to get key. But you can rent these units directly through Seaside Resort management - and skip Vrbo.

My family of four stayed here for a week in January. The location couldn't be better, right across from Publix. Being right on the beach is nice too. This property has anything and everything you could think of. Were already planning our next trip - thank you!

Property was nice and clean. It was just as showed on the listing. Wasn't a fan of the screened in balcony's, but apparently that has something to do with lizards and bugs. We did see several lizards out on the property. There had been a storm a couple of days before we arrived and the beach was covered with stuff from the ocean, that wasn't very pleasant, but we dealt with it. Overall great trip though!

A friend and I went to Ft. Myers Beach for a long weekend. We stayed at Seaside. It was wonderful! The condo was clean and exactly as it was described. Beautiful view off the balcony of the Gulf. The pool area was very nice. It was a great weekend! We will be back.

This is one of those places that you’d like to keep a secret but can’t.. Seriously one of the nicest places we’ve stayed. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed everything about our visit. The unit was very clean and well maintained and you can’t beat the view. Location mid-island was perfect for anything you wanted to do or see. We hope to be able to rent this location again in the future because you can tell the owners care about the property. Thank you for having us.

Right on beach close to many things Only issue was only 4 bath towels and 6 wash cloths for 4 people. So we had to do laundry couple times, which isn't what I enjoy on vacation

Great Condo, Great Location and Great Time!

I spent a month on Verbo looking for the right condo for my family to spend a week on the beach. I thought i settled with unit 303 but it turns out it was the PERFECT place. I am very picky about how clean a place is esp the bathrooms this unit was recently updated and spotless! The beds were very comfortable and had no problem sleeping. You are steps away from the beach and with the parking right there you can keep your chairs and umbrellas in your car vs dragging them to your condo every night. The pool was quite nice and we had no problem getting the cabana for a day at the beach. We had a great time and will be renting this unit again in the future. There were some complaints about the Mgt company in reviews i read about the Seaside but i had no problems and found them helpful. The only downfall is the unit doesn't have a washer or dryer but pay ones are available right at the bottom of the stairs. If you stay here be sure to spend a day at Lover's Key State Park. The beach was pristine and we were able to see manatees in the canals.

Unit is lovely and as portrayed but management company a disappointment

Management company was the only piece that tainted our stay. When I booked the unit I was charged the full balance instead of the half deposit that showed on Vrbo site. I inquired with management company via email and they wouldn’t help me. They said they don’t know how Vrbo handles payment but they did admit they got the money. Management company did not say sorry, was not even polite or customer service oriented in their emails. When I contacted Vrbo they said the management company software doesn’t sync with theirs. Neither party helped me and I let it be. Next, we arrived at night and used the access code to the unit. There were no bath towels in unit. The next morning I emailed management company that there were no bathroom towels and they said they’d have housekeeping bring them, which they did. No apology, no niceties. I also asked for the start up supply of paper towel etc that was mentioned online and there was no reply and we never received it. Never saw staff on the premises all week except for people washing towels and sheets on check out day. The only rug or mat in the unit is at the front door. The sheets are very scratchy polyester. There are no kitchen towels. I mention this so you can bring items from home. Again, these are all management company decisions. The elevator worked about half the time. If you can’t walk up and down 4 flights of stairs with your luggage and groceries don’t stay here. There was no communication at all from management company on the condition of the elevator or if it would be fixed. The unit itself was very nice. It’s right on the beach, lovely view. Screened in balcony gives you a useful, extra space. King size bed had nice mattress. Master bedroom walk in closet was great. The bathrooms are a little small but it was great that there were two of them, one in master and the other near second bedroom. Overall the furniture was nice and floors are newer rubber planks. Plenty of TVs, a little stereo, central air, newer kitchen appliances. Refrigerator made ice quickly. Everything we needed. Two beach chairs were in bedroom closet and those were perfect. The chaise lounges of the property are great but you can’t take them on the beach. The beach and pool were never too crowded. There is shuffle board next to pool which we used a lot. Several gas grills near pool. Guests would grill and eat dinner on 3 tables poolside. Nice, newer patio furniture and the pool and deck are in great shape, lovely
