Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 3 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 106 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating and central heating. 2 climate jedinice. The entrance leads over an external stair directly in the kitchen. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
1st floor: Living room with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, lounge, TV and radio. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
2nd floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and overlooking the lake, air conditioning and bathroom en suite. You have access to the 50 sqm terrace with garden furniture, 2 sunloungers and parasol. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, PC, toys, baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Tribalj. The holiday house is situated on an 80 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property and on the street in front of the house.
