This house was a great spot to stay while visiting the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. It was clean, the neighborhood was calm, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely be happy to stay here again if visiting the area again.

The house exceeded our expectations! It is well appointed, modern, up-to-date, very spacious and exceptionally clean. We could tell that the hosts put much thought into making the house a pleasant and comfortable place to stay. The main bedroom had a VERY comfortable mattress, nice linens and a pleasant reading area. The neighborhood was also quiet. Walk or short drive to town. About a 20 minute drive to the National Park.

There was excellent communication with the Host and the place was very clean. The town of Montrose was quaint and had good restaurant selections for both breakfast and dinner. Visiting the Black Canyon of the Gunnison was the reason for our trip and that visit exceeded our expectations. Even with some smoke from far away fires it was a wonderful trip and we will return.

Great little house

Perfect rental for exploring Gunnison. Close to the national park and to the little town of Montrose. Very clean and roomy for our family.

Nice place to stay and use as a home base

Montrose and the surrounding area have a lot to offer and this place is a clean, comfortable home away from home. The owner was flexible in certain aspects of our stay, which was much appreciated. We would stay again.

Comfy Home Away from Home

Ideally located as a jumping off point for hiking at the Black Canyon and taking enjoying all that Montose has to offer. The comfortable house was perfect for our mini vacation.

Great little place

This property was great for our long weekend stay. It has been remodeled and is very cozy and has all the comforts of home. The property manager was great to work with as well. I would recommend this house to anyone.
