Available 5/1/2024 to Dec 31/2025. Siesta Key canal front updated , modern vacation home. Completely renovated with gorgeous terrazo floors , stainless appliances , quartzite counters, wood-burning fireplace , custom fans and lighting and more. 2 bedrooms both with Queen size beds. One bedroom has an ensuite bath with gorgeous walk-in shower and access leading to the outdoor shower. Bedroom 2 shares the guest bath which also has a with walk-in shower. There is an extra built-in bunk bed area for additional people. This property has a front screened- in lanai as well as a back Florida room and another large screened-in back lanai right on the canal. There is a boat tie-up for small water craft , kayaks etc. New dock being installed Spring 2023. Bikes, paddleboards, and surfboards are available to use . Enjoy the peaceful Old Florida setting while being just minutes from world famous Siesta Key Beach and Siesta Key village with all the restaurants music, shopping and events. Small pets allowed with owners discretion. New boat lift included.
