Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 6 rooms (from which 5 bedrooms), is 162 sqm and can accommodate up to 17 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). In 2020, air conditioning was installed in all rooms and living spaces. The entrance is covered and leads over 2 steps and a 300 sqm terrace directly in the porch. The landlord lives in the neighboring house The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room 30 sqm and with TV. Bedroom 12 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bedroom 13 sqm and with 1 double bed. American kitchen 15 sqm and with dishwasher, gas stove, oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Upper floor: Bedroom 27 sqm and with 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 additional bed at sleeping chair. Bedroom 23 sqm and with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Bedroom 21 sqm and with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 additional bed at sleeping chair. 3 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, high chair for children and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Nagyvázsony. The holiday home is located on a 2000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Please be considerate of our neighbours after 10:00 p.m. and avoid music and loud talking outside the house (garden, terrace, romping) - Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living rooms. Credit cards are accepted. The guesthouse is located in picturesque Nagyvázsony in the Balaton Highlands. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 5 cars) on the property.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors, smoke detectors, and a fire extinguisher.
