PETITE MAISON is a cozy 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home located in the Cottages of Camp Creek in Seacrest Beach. This charming residential community is centered around a lovely lagoon shaped pool. While the pool is steps away, the beautiful beach is just minutes away. PETITE MAISON boasts easy access within walking distance. Or you can use the bikes provided to get to the beach or explore the nearby area. You are sure to enjoy your time with family and friends at this quaint beach cottage!

TRANSPORTATION 4 Bikes are included with this home. If more are needed, a discount code at a local bike shop will be provided with your arrival information.

HELPFUL NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION The Cottages at Camp Creek are a quick stroll to the 18 mile Timpoochee Trail where you can walk, bike or jog to explore the many communities along 30A Neighborhood has beach access across the road and 50 yards to the left. Close to Alys (1 mile) Rosemary (1.5 miles) The Big Chill (2 miles) Seaside (6 miles)

BEACH SERVICE To rent a "set" (2 chairs and umbrella) contact Dillon's Beach Service. Reservations must be made up to 1 day in advance.

OutdoorShower provides an initial starter kit of amenities for all of our guests. FOR THE KITCHEN: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 4 dishwasher pods or liquid equivalent and no less than 3 extra liners for the kitchen trash. FOR THE BATH: Each bathroom will have 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner and trash can liner. Additionally, some laundry pods for those properties with onsite washers and dryers. Owners may provide additional amenities.

Great family vacation in Seacrest Beach!

This home was absolutely adorable and in the sweetest community! It was a short walk to the beach access entrance. We loved the use of the bikes that came with the property, we used them to travel along 30A. During our stay we had to reach out to the property owner for assistance and they responded immediately - great service! We would stay again!

We had the BEST time !!

This cottage was in a great location !! Very convenient to everything. Pool just outside the back door, ocean was just a short walk away, and it had everything we could possibly need. Me, my daughter and daughter-in-law plan on staying here again. We all LOVED IT !!

Petite Maison was just right for our annual mother-daughter trip to 30A! Loved the pool right out the back door. The location to the beach was convenient. The only complaint I have was the floor and overall place was not clean. There was also sand on the bottom of the coffee table. We swept up but couldn’t find a dust pan. We would rent again.
