STAR OF THE SEA is a charming reverse-living cottage located in Magnolia Cottages by the Sea. It has three bedrooms (main floor), as well as a bunk bed nook in the hall and sleeps up to 10 guests (max 7 adults). The upstairs contains the vaulted ceiling living room and kitchen areas. The location is fabulous - directly next to the pool and less than a 5-minute walk to the deeded beach access.

Once you are ready to explore, you can walk, bike or run along the 18 mile Timpoochee Trail which provides easy access to all that 30A has to offer!

TRANSPORTATION
- 4 bikes are included. If more are needed, a discount code at a local bike shop will be provided with your arrival information.

BEACH ACCESS/SERVICE:
- There is deeded beach access directly across from the neighborhood.
- In order to sit near the access, you must rent a "set" (2 chairs and an umbrella) otherwise you may use the access and walk 2 minutes to the right or 4 minutes to the left to the public access.
- Beach Service is provided by two local vendors; information provided upon request

OutdoorShower provides an initial starter kit of amenities for all of our guests.
FOR THE KITCHEN: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 4 dishwasher pods or liquid equivalent and no less than 3 extra liners for the kitchen trash
FOR THE BATH: Each bathroom will have 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner and trash can liner. Additionally, some laundry pods for those properties with onsite washers and dryers. Owners may provide additional amenities.

Note: While bikes are included in the rental, there may be occasions when they are being serviced or in need of servicing. Property Management will make reasonable attempt to have them available for the duration of the rental period.
