A lovely seaview apartment with an upstairs bedroom and a private terrase. Open plan kitchenette to prepare your meals and lounge area. The pool is just to the left of your apartment with ample spaces by the BBQ and pool. A common laundry room is available.
This apartment is part of 4 apartments each separate with their own enterances and terrases.
A parking area for 4 cars, 1 for each apartment. The enterance is steep but one can always park the car on the street and walk down.
The apartment is surrounded by banana plantations. Walking distance, one will find the Engenho Velho restaurant and a 30 minute walk to the beach where there are shops and restaurants. In about 2 minutes , one is by the via Express that taked you all around the island.
