Would like to give more than 5 stars. Everything was perfect and many little extras that added up to a great experience. The location on the 5th floor end unit was perfect with great views and privacy. We will definitely be back.

The Villa was better than advertised, everything needed for a comfortable vacation was available. The Host was outstanding, very responsive. The proximity to the Omni Hotel complex was a plus for food and drinks. The beach is excellent and the Pool is great as well. This is truly a 10 out of 10. I didn’t mention the great views from the spacious Balcony, since most reviews did.

Spectacular view, quiet and very peaceful. Condo was clean and the host was very responsive. This was our first time on Amelia Island and we will definitely rebook this condo again on a future stay.

This was our second stay at this wonderful condo. Very clean, awesome view, lots of extras such as beach chairs and umbrella, binoculars, sunscreen, beach towels. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked. Fifth floor views from the balcony are awesome.

This was our 2nd stay at this property. Another amazing stay. Plenty of bath towels, beach towels and beach chairs. Condo was very clean, updated and had everything we could have needed. The property is well kept and secure. I traveled with my daughters and felt safe. The balcony overlooks the pool and beach-amazing views! Checkin/checkout was a breeze. We will stay again in the future!! Thank you for another amazing vacation!

You are greeted with a Million Dollar view when walking in the front door of this condo. Relaxation plus! The host, Johanna, is simply wonderful- welcome sweets are left in the refrigerator, and she follows up with just a minor snag at the front gate, making sure our arrival goes well. The complex is quiet and the beach is just steps away. We had a wonderful time!

Great Ocean view in a clean well maintained property. We enjoy the walking trails and beach overlooks nearby. This was our third year staying here and we’ve already booked it for next year. Johanna is very responsive to our communications and very helpful. Overall an Excellent place to vacation.

Comfortable villa with a fabulous view.
