The Space:

Welcome to The House!



Upon entry, you'll find the Family Room, a bright, sunlit space with beautiful hardwood floors that flow seamlessly through the main and second levels. Designed for comfort and charm, this room seats six guests and features a wall-mounted Smart TV on a swivel mount above a custom-built mantle with an electric fireplace. It's the perfect spot to hang out, especially in the evenings when the floor lamp casts a cozy glow in all the right places.



The dining area is truly special, with custom-built shelving, another Smart TV, and an electric fireplace. This room offers multiple lighting options, allowing you to set the perfect mood for a romantic dinner, a meal with friends, or a family gathering. We even have a booster strap-chair for the little ones.



In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. It features a gas stove, a knee bar with two stools off a butcher block countertop, and an awesome coffee station for coffee lovers. There's a spice rack, toaster, blender, plenty of cooking tools, and more. If you find something missing, just let us know, and we'll provide it within reason.



The second level offers two bedrooms and a shared full bathroom with a tub and shower. The front bedroom is spacious with a ceiling fan, comfy sleeps, a work desk, and a Smart TV. The rear bedroom is quaint and cozy, with a ceiling fan, bed, accent chair, and a wall-mounted Smart TV.



The lower level of this home is a cozy yet functional haven. This unique space offers a communal lounging area perfect for the whole house, featuring a premium pullout sofa that comfortably sleeps two if used as a bedroom. It also boasts a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. For entertainment, this area is equipped with a mini arcade and a smart TV. You'll also find a small library and plenty of relaxation spots, making it an ideal place to unwind and have fun. Whether you're looking to lounge, play, or catch up on some reading, this space has it all!



Outside, parking won't be a worry. We offer two private spaces in the rear under a carport, with enough room for two vehicles. Note that only one vehicle can be under the provided carport, while the other will be exposed as the carport is positioned closer to the far end of the yard. The rear also offers a small sitting space for two on a platform with string lights for a charming evening ambiance.



In the front, you'll find your classic Baltimore porch with furniture for seating, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening breeze.

Guest Access:

The whole home will be available to you during your stay. You will have access from the front or the rear of this property with no contact check-in.

Situated a breezy 20-minute drive from BWI Airport, our neighborhood is quite the urban gem. You can amble over to Yard-56, an eclectic urban oasis that promises a tantalizing fusion of shopping and dining escapades. The prestigeous Bayview John Hopkins Campus is just a stroll away.



Fancy a brush with history or some greenery? Canton and the iconic Patterson Park are within touching distance. And if you're in a rush to soak up the best of Baltimore, a mere 15-minute car ride (or a magic carpet trip, if you have one) will whisk you away to:



- M&T Bank Stadium, where the Ravens soar.

- Camden Yards, the playground of the Baltimore Orioles.

- Fells Point, Federal Hill, and Harbor East – for when you're feeling ritzy.

- Sagamore Distillery & Guinness Brewery – because who said you can't indulge a bit?

Honestly, it's such a challenge to get bored in this part of town. The only thing that might run out here is your phone battery from taking too many pictures!

Getting Around:

Explore on foot and you'll find a myriad of shops, tantalizing restaurants, and essential stores just steps away. If you prefer a more personalized mode of transport, Uber and Lyft are always at your fingertips. For those leaning towards eco-friendly or budget options, our local bus-line makes public transport a breeze.



Driving over? You'll be pleased to know we offer two private parking spaces at the rear of the property, complete with a carport for that extra layer of protection. If you'd rather park upfront, street parking is aplenty. Just a friendly reminder: while the city's parking signs seldom change, it's always wise to give them a glance to avoid any unexpected surprises. Safe travels and see you soon!

The second-level bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.



The lower-level bathroom has a walk-in shower for easy access.



For those traveling with small children, please note:



The lower-level staircase has a full-length railing on the right side.The left side is supported by a wall, but the last three steps do not have a railing or wall support.



Additionally, we partner with a local beekeeper who offers fresh, locally sourced honey (filtered or unfiltered). If you're interested, let us know, and we’ll arrange for your order to be delivered!
