Welcome to Unit #330 at Sugar Beach Resort, Your private oceanfront oasis! The unit is in the Front row, literally 50 feet from the Ocean. Come enjoy the 180 Degree Panoramic Pacific views with winter time whale sightings right from your Lanai. The sunsets are memorable from here! The unit is well equipped and recently remodeled.

Sugar Beach is great for swimming, snorkeling, paddle or boogie boarding. The Resort offers a large heated pool with hot tub overlooking the ocean and a children's wading pool. There is a golf putting green, a well-maintained gas barbecue area that overlooks the ocean, Dina's “Sandwich” and Bar and an on-site Massage. Ululani’s Hawaiian Shave Ice (A Maui Must) and an ABC Convenience store are about a five minute walk down the beach.

Perfect location for a vacation

This location was perfect in Kihei to get to all parts of Maui. The listing was just as advertised and worked perfectly for us. Loved that we had laundry in the unit and the balcony to sit out for breakfast each day. The AC was also very welcome and perfect for sleeping.

Right on the ocean

This incredible condo was right on the ocean. It was clean and was filled with everything you could possibly need to cook with, or head to the beach with like beach chairs, towels and an umbrella. We spent every morning drinking our coffee on the lanai listening to the ocean and watching the waves. The owner sent lots of information of things to do and places to eat prior to our arrival. It was a wonderful place to stay, I definitely would stay here again!

Great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay. We chose it because of the comfy chairs on the lanai and spent a lot of time out there watching the surf and sun. The couch and recliner indoors was also very comfortable. This place also was well stocked with things that mattered to us like spices, olive oil, hangers, dishes, beach chairs and more. We have stayed at several places on Sugar beach and this place was the best so far. Thanks so much.

This accommodation is in a great location with beautiful views of the island and the ocean. Nice pool and sandwich shop right off the beach. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. You are 30 minutes to most any place you want to be. I highly recommend Sugar Beach.

Great Property

We loved everything about it. It was a great updated space with a balcony right on the beach. The rooms were clean and everything we needed was suppled. The location was great. The beach was not crowded, and we were centrally located for everywhere we wanted to go. For the outside, the pool was nice. The lawn area with the lounge chairs, which is next to the sand, was very nice for the windy afternoons. We would definitely recommend this property.
