Vacation Home nestled between the Beach and the Intercoastal Waters! This 3bdrm/2bath home has all you need for a perfect vacation that sleeps up to 7.

As you enter the open concept floor plan you are welcomed by all the comforts from home! The kitchen is well equipped with a Refrigerator (water and ice dispenser),stove, microwave, dishwasher. The beautiful granite countertops offer additional seating with 4 barstools. Dining room table and 4 more chairs allow room for everyone to enjoy a meal together. Living room has a comfy sofa, 2 ceiling fans, coffee and end tables along with a large TV. Master Bedroom is with an ensuite bathroom that includes shower/tub combination, large TV and ceiling fan. Bedroom #2 also has a King size bed, 2 closets, a desk, large TV and ceiling fan. The 3rd bedroom has a bunkbed featuring a single on top and a full size on the bottom. This room also has a TV and ceiling fan.

The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a vanity.
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.

This property provides 2 parking spaces
The back yard pool has a large patio area with loungers and plenty of pool toys! The relaxing Florida room is screened in with a beach motif and offers the guests a break from the sun with plenty of comfort! A large outdoor sectional with tables and a big TV for outdoor gaming or movies. There are sliding doors from the Master Bedroom leading out to your pool and also a main back door close to the laundry and guest bathroom.

The house and property were absolutely beautiful. They had everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. I would highly recommend this property. We loved it!

Great vacation and location

We decided to stay here due to private pool and had a family member with limited mobility. Was a great choice. House was comfortable, but did have limited seating in living room. Everything was there that we needed except a full size coffee maker. Beach chairs and items were a bonus. The house was very clean... exceptional! Beach was in walking distance but we rented a golf cart. Great, quiet neighborhood!

Super clean, inside and out. Well stocked with supplies for a short walk to the beach or to simply stay in and hang out by the pool. The neighborhood is very quiet and the property managers are prompt to respond and super helpful. If you're heading to IRB, I would highly recommend staying here.
