A sauna room allows guests to unwind at the end of event-filled days and the 3 seasons enclosed porch with seating and large table offers a great spot to sit and gaze on the mountains during any kind of weather! The deck spanning the length of the house and the sweeping custom patio with Adirondack chairs and firepit area both offer lots of outdoor space and beckon visitors to relax and take in the beauty of the views and nature that will surround you!

Mountain View Lodge offers a Maximum of 8 parking spaces for guest use. The Town of North Elba, Village of Lake Placid has adopted new Short-Term Vacation Rental Regulations that include rental parking limitations for the maximum number of motor vehicles allowed on property. Parking is NOT permitted on any part of the lawn or on any part of a sidewalk and like other communities the ordinance asks that you obey all regulations when parking in public.
