In the small village Spin?i?i, near the town of Kastav, above Rijeka is this beautiful and spacious vacation home for 11 persons.

The living space is spread over three floors, with the garage on the first floor, while one apartment is on the second floor and one on the second floor. Each apartment has 3 bedrooms. The minimum ceiling height in the attic is about 120 cm.

On the spacious natural plot there is a pool, a children's swing and slide, as well as a recreation room with billiards, table soccer and tennis. Of course, there is also a barbecue at your disposal as well as 5 parking spaces.

The town of Kastav hosts various events during the summer months, such as the Blues Festival, open-air cinema and the Kastav Summer Festival. Also visit the Opatija Riviera, which has a beautiful waterfront and beaches. Through the Internet television IPTV you can receive various free TV channels and sports broadcasts.
