Occiglioni Apartment**** (sleeps 6), heated pool, fitness center, 10 minutes from the beaches

Located in the north-west of Corsica, in the Balanin territory of LISULA, the luxury residence in para-hotel Madrale welcomes you in the village of Santa-Reparata-di-Balagna, a preserved and warm holiday resort. Set on the mountain slope of the village in the Nature 2000 "Reginu Valley" zone, the residence dominates the Reginu plain, the lake of E Cotule as well as the entire Balanin mountain range, all this 10 minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches of Balagne and Ile-Rousse.

We wanted a small, intimate residence of 3 apartments (18 people in total) with discreet luxury with high quality services where the calm combined with the surrounding nature will make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. If we have reserved a private space for each place of stay, we also wanted common living spaces within a wooded property with endemic and Mediterranean species. A large heated swimming pool (10x5m), a place to meet and socialise by the water with a coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator, a multi-play area for all (petanque court...), a gym and a sauna will be at your disposal with free access.

Totally independent and located facing south on the ground floor with direct access to the swimming pool, our apartment "Occiglioni" can accommodate up to 6 people in total comfort.

It is composed of:
- An air-conditioned master suite with Queen size bed, LED TV, dressing room, bathroom with shower and toilet
- An air-conditioned bedroom with Queen size bed with LED TV and dressing room
- An air-conditioned children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
- A kitchen open to the living room and the living room with direct access to your private outdoor space composed of a wooden floor and having garden furniture, a plancha as well as a beautiful view of the lake and the entire mountain range.
- Private access to the communal swimming pool
- Private outdoor area with table and chairs, barbecue or plancha, deckchairs, parasol.
- Free access to the gym, the games area (petanque court, etc.)

Our "Occiglioni" apartment services included in your price:

- Linen (sheets, pillowcases, duvets, pillows, blankets, etc.) as well as towels (towels and pool towels) are provided.

- End-of-stay cleaning.

Optional
- A change of linen, towels and kitchen linen will be carried out every weekend: 25€/person
- Additional cleaning is possible on request at a rate of 100€
