Attention l’annonce est mensongère, nous avons été reçu dans la deuxième maison qui ne dispose que de 6 couchages et non 7. Le propriétaire nous a soutenu que les prestations étaient meilleures (car il y a des glaçons dans le frigo dans cette maison) et n’a fait aucun geste commercial malgré nous avoir lésé. Nous avons donc soumis une réclamation à Abritel. Une personne malhonnête qu’il convient donc d’éviter !Le logement n’était pas 100% propre ni finalisé d’ailleurs.

La maison a trois chambres et canapé au salon pouvant recevoir 2 personnes et un autre une personne... capacité totale 9 personnes....je loue pour 8 personnes Maxi.... cette personne voulais venir 2 h avant et partir 2 h après les horaires prévus initialement sur Site,suite à mon refus il se venge avec des calomnie....ils devaient être 7 ils sont venu a 8... j'ai accepté devant le fait pour éviter des tensions....je demande a Abritel de venir vérifier la véracité des dires de cette individu...bien cordialement...

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette maison offrant des espaces très agréables : salon avec l’îlot central de la cuisine, ainsi que la magnifique terrasse avec piscine et vue sur l’étang de Thau ! L'environnement est calme et apaisant malgré quelques bruits de voisinage liés à une chambre indépendante louée à l'étage supérieur, et une dépendance à l'étage inférieur. Nous avons également apprécié la possibilité de garer nos 2 voitures car difficile d’aller et venir à pied en raison de l’emplacement sur les hauteurs du Mont Saint Clair. La maison est très bien équipée, tout est neuf. Le propriétaire est accueillant, disponible, et réactif. Nous avions besoin d’un lit d’appoint qu’il nous a mis à disposition.
