LIVING SPACE

The large modern family lounge overlooks the pool deck and features a sofa, loveseat and armchair. It has a 55'' flat-screen smart tv. The family room is extremely spacious and leads directly into the open concept kitchen complete with island / breakfast bar and dining area that seats eight people. The layout creates a fantastic and welcoming family living space at the heart of the home.

BEDROOMS
The large master bedroom walks out directly to the private pool and has a King-size bed, large 50'' flat-screen smart TV, walk-in closet (wardrobes), and a generous en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet / WC with second wash room that can also be accessed directly from the pool area.

The second master has a King-size bed, fitted wardrobes, large 50'' flat screen TV and large en-suite bathroom with a generous walk-in shower, spacious tub and separate WC.

The third bedroom has a queen bed, 43'' flat screen TV and fitted closet space.

The fourth bedroom has two twin (single) bunk beds and fitted closet space (wardrobes).

ADDITIONAL BATHROOMS
Generous family bathroom with large shower, located between the queen and twin bedrooms.

ENTERTAINMENT
This home comes equipped with a game room complete with a pool table and air hockey with a table tennis overlay.

OUTSIDE SPACE
The south-west facing pool deck with views of the conservation to the rear of the property has a private pool and a covered, outdoor dining table with seating to enjoy alfresco dining. There is a good amount of patio space to relax by the pool in the Florida sun whilst using the complimentary gas BBQ.

The pool can be heated for an additional fee. We recommend pool heat from October to April. Please inquire before booking.

Guest access
The whole house is yours, including the pool and game room. Now, that's a vacation!

Other things to note

ACCESS: Our home features Express check-in. Guests will be emailed an entry code so they can check in directly and be fully contactless. This means there is no need for you to collect keys from an office. You can start your vacation right away. This home has a keyless entry system. No keys will be given. The code for the keypad will be provided in the check-in details.

STARTER SUPPLIES: This is a self-served unit and we recommend all guests to purchase daily necessities prior to their arrival. We do provide the first roll of toilet paper, small hand soap for each bathroom, 1 x dishwashing capsule, 1 x trash bag.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no condiments will be provided prior to check-in.

POOL HEATER: The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $30 per day. This is recommended between the months of October & April. Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested with 3-day advance notice. Please note that pool water may take up to 24 hours to be fully heated. The pool heater works through heat exchange and might not function in cooler weather. This is not an equipment fault.

BOOKING FORM: All guests must complete a booking form and agree to our standard terms and conditions. This will request guest names and ask for personal details. This is to allow for the check-in details to be emailed, along with useful local information. Please read the check-in details careful and print these out prior to your arrival

RESORT AMENITIES: We can not be held responsible if any resort amenities are closed. Please note resort amenities may be limited or closed due to COVID.

This home is pet friendly but please contact us before regarding your furry friend. All pets must be monitored at all times and are required to stay off of furniture and out of the pool. If left unaccompanied they will need to be in a kennel.
