Thundering Sea at The Village at North Pointe is your front-row seat to Depoe Bay’s legendary coastline—an oceanfront, first-floor condo with sweeping views from the living room and the primary suite, plus a private balcony where whale watching is often as easy as stepping outside with your coffee. With 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, it’s a cozy, comfortable fit for up to 4 guests—perfect for a romantic getaway or a laid-back trip with friends or family, with the sound of crashing waves as your constant soundtrack.
Inside, the open layout makes it easy to spend time together while still having room to spread out. Settle into the living room’s comfy seating, warm up by the river rock gas fireplace, and stream your favorites on the large Smart TV with fast fiber Wi‑Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and everything you need to cook and bake, plus a dining area for four, a Keurig and standard coffee maker, and a convenient wet bar in the living room for happy hour with a view.
Both bedrooms are set up as suites with king beds, luxury linens, and Smart TVs, giving everyone space and privacy after a day exploring the harbor, shops, and seafood spots in Depoe Bay. Both bathrooms were updated in 2025 with spacious, handicap-accessible walk-in showers (please note there is no bathtub in the condo). You’ll also have in-unit laundry, in-floor radiant heat, and easy access with no stairs needed in or out of the unit.
As a guest of The Village at North Pointe, you’ll also enjoy access to the on-site clubhouse with a two-level indoor pool and hot tub, workout room, DVD movie theater, and a game/activity room with card tables and a pool table—great for rainy-day fun or a relaxing reset between coastal adventures.

Getting Around:
The Village at North Pointe Condominium complex is located at the north end of Depoe Bay, which is approximately 11 miles south of Lincoln City and 13 miles north of Newport. Traveling from Portland, take Hwy 99W towards Lincoln City (Oregon Coast), follow signs to the coast and that will put you onto Hwy 18, head toward Lincoln City and that will put you onto Hwy 101 (heading South). Stay on Hwy 101 South through Lincoln City 11 miles to Depoe Bay. Look for the “The Village at North Pointe” sign. (The bike path is on the north side right before the entrance.) Parking is provided within the complex parking lot and along the highway.

What a beautiful place, fully stocked kitchen and perfect location!!! We walked in the front door to the back patio and were seeing whales within 45 seconds of entering. That was absolutely amazing. Great location with fabulous views and close to town. Not far from so many of Oregon's attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo was so wonderful. We saw gray whales, 2 sea lions. And the highlight of our stay was seeing a pod of orcas. This condo was large. Comfortable beds and a very well supplied kitchen.

Condo and view of the ocean is exactly as pictures. Beautiful house. Great views. Well stocked. We did not need anything. Exceptionally clean. Great location. Fireplace was not working -but maintenance responded promptly and fixed it. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay. All the amenities were provided, kitchen well-equipped, and attention to detail was beyond expectation. The beds were comfortable and we slept well, lullaby provided by the sea. We enjoyed watching the whales and the sunset from our patio!

Location is spectacular and right on the rocks near the crashing waves. Quick walk to Town and very quiet. Had pool and hot tub to ourselves. Bonus was numerous pods of whales just offshore. Wonderful well maintained property.
