Welcome to Isle of View in Lincoln City Oregon.
This beautiful, freshly updated 1490 sqft home, sits cliff side overlooking the beautiful ocean and beach of Nelscott next to Olivia Beach. With its absolutely stunning wall of windows view of the ocean, it’s hard to look at anything else. It’s a rare day that you don’t find surfers, sea lions playing in the surf, or whales right out the living room window or from the spacious deck. Or watch the birds fly by right at eye level! Including a bald eagle and osprey or flocks of pelicans. This house is truly a mesmerizing gem and you can feel it the minute you step inside.
Upstairs you’ll find a master bedroom with a beautiful king sized canopy bed, room darkening blinds, a walk in closet with shelving, attached to a full bathroom. The kitchen is modest in size but is fully stocked with everything you might need, and very usable with full view of the ocean. All new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and two stools at the island.
The kitchen flows nicely into the dining room where you’ll find a large family table that extends with 3, 22” leaves stored inside the table. There are 6 dining chairs and two additional padded folding chairs so the whole family can enjoy.
The dining room flows open floor plan style into the living room where you’ll find a large sectional couch that either views the unbelievable ocean, or the grand and beautiful gas fireplace and 55” big screen tv resting above the rustic hand hewn mantle. The upstairs is set up perfectly for cozy, comfortable lounging and relaxing moments with family or friends. Step out the sliding door onto a new spacious deck with two glass top tables, Bar-B-Que a steak, have a seat, sip a glass of wine, and wait as all your troubles and stress melt away to the sound of the ocean.
Heading downstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom number 1 (or as we call it, the whale room) has a big king size bed with 100% cotton sheets and fluffy bedding, room darkening blinds, a twin size roll away bed for that extra someone, a 42” tv with Roku player, and let’s not forget.... those ocean views. Right from your pillow.
Down the hall a bit you’ll find a second full bathroom with a tub shower combo and a large vanity with room to share.
Further down the hall leads you to the third and final bedroom. (The boat room) This room has a queen sized Tempur-pedic mattress, room darkening blinds, a nice sized closet and a fun nautical theme.
The last room downstairs is reserved for function and not nearly as much fun....the laundry room, where you’ll find a brand new Samsung washer and dryer for all your laundry needs, a utility sink and an assortment of tools just in case.
Heading outside beyond the deck, there is a spacious back area that looks to me like a coastal fairy grove, leading to the cliff side. There is an easy beach access point a very short walk to the south, down a long staircase, leading to Nelscott beach with a long stretch of beautiful beach in both directions. Right off the end of the stairway, and in perfect view from the house, is a large rock area perfect for tidal pools and sea shells at low tide. And further out is a reef with some of the best fishing making it interesting and fun to watch the boats out front.
