Situated in a quiet location in the Valescure district, halfway between the beaches of Agay and the centre of Saint-Raphaël, this green residence has a large swimming pool and a boules pitch.
The studio is located on the garden level and is equipped with a 2-person sofa bed (size 160 x 200), 2 bunk beds, a shower room (walk-in shower and washbasin), a separate toilet, a fully-equipped kitchenette and a terrace with garden furniture.
The entrance to the residence is secured by a code-operated gate and there is a private parking space.
From the residence it is easy to get to the golf course (hole 12 in front of the residence), and to the small shopping centre 1.3 km away, where you will find everything you need: grocery shop, chemist, doctor, pizzeria, restaurant, tobacconist, bank and cash dispenser, etc.
