Das Appartement liegt sehr ruhig und doch zentral. Kurze Wege zum Bäcker oder ins Restaurant, der tolle Blick auf die Ostsee, wie vom Prospekt versprochen. Immer wieder gern.

Tolle Aussicht zum Meer

Die Wohnung ist schön und direkt am Strand gelegen.Es war alles ordentlich, bis auf den Balkon, dieser war leider nicht geputzt und mit alten Spinnweben nicht sonderlich zum Verweilen einladend.Leider ging auch mit der Agentur etwas schief, so war das gebuchte Wäschepaket nicht vor Ort und wir mussten selbstständig Bettwäsche kaufen. Dies war etwas ärgerlich und wurde von der Agentur nicht sonderlich entgegengenommene behandelt.Die Wohnung ist in einem etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Gebäudekomplex, der Teppich imFlur ist sehr alt und riecht muffig, aber die Wohnung an sich ist top renoviert und schön!!

Wir hatten eine Garage die zu niedrig für unser Auto 😕. Dann war der Fahrstuhl nur auf der halben Etage, dadurch mussten wir die Koffer 2x über die Treppen tragen, war sehr beschwerlich, die Wohnung ist für ältere Personen Nicht geeignet, hinzu kommt das Sofa ist so weich das man auf dem Boden sitzt und noch wieder hoch kommt. Die Aussicht war grandios ☺️

Top Wohnung, super Lage

Sehr wertig ausgestattete Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf die Ostsee.- Leider passte unser PKW nicht in den zugehörigen Hubparker. Kostenfreies Parken in der Ostseestraße löste aber das Problem.

Eine Wohnung, die hält, was sie verspricht!

Ich bin begeistert, von der Beschreibung und den Bildern von der Wohnung, da sie meiner Meinung absolut mit der Realität übereinstimmen. Tolle durchdachte Wohnung mit viel Liebe zu Details. Sehr gut und luxuriös ausgestattet. Die Hubgarage ist fürchterlich und war für meinen Passat (der in den vorgegebenen Maßen ist!) egal in welcher Parkposition nicht nutzbar. Achtung: genau auf das Fahrzeug achten, es drohen Schäden. Aber mit der freundlichen Hilfe vom Hausmeister und Baltic Appartments konnten wir ein gute Lösung finden. Gerne wieder!

Erholsame Tage an der Ostsee

Super modern eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht und hat eine schöne Beleuchtung. Für 3 Personen gut geeignet mit viel Schrankstauraum. Über das kleine Oberfenster lässt sich Nachts auch bei kälteren Aussentemperaturen eine optimale Schlaftemperatur im Alkoven erreichen. Auf dem Sofa kann man herrlich chillen. Fussläufig ist alles gut erreichbar und man ist sofort am Strand. Vielen Dank
