Small efficiency apartment in a great location in NE Santa Fe. We had very little interaction with the host, which is fine. Sofa bed was typical with bars in all the wrong places, but the main bed was very comfortable. Better for a couple or single rather than 2 singles.

Think Simple Life. This place has your necessities without all the clutter. We carry so much stuff around with us that we don't need.Enjoyed our stay here and saved a boatload of money versus the tourist traps.Personally, I would stay here again if available.

The host was especially helpful. He checked on us soon after we arrived. He also made a sightseeing suggestion that we took and thoroughly enjoyed. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do and the property and patio were extremely pleasant.

This is in a quiet neighborhood just outside of the historic downtown area of Santa Fe. It was a welcomed, private oasis away from the hustle and bustle downtown. After enjoying dinner and music in town in was just a short walk to our comfortable room and the serene seating area on the back patio.

A great place to stay with a dog because of the nice arroyo you can access from the back yard. Remember to bring a doggie bed for the rental. Also, it was very clean and nice for a studio apartment and had ample parking on a quiet street.

Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by our host, Richard, and I felt right at ease. The property is adorable, clean and a great value for the money. The bed was extremely comfortable and I got very good rest as the property is very quaint and quiet. The walk into town is close and I was able to check out some beautiful vistas on the way. The next time I’m in Santa Fe I hope this place is available as I enjoyed the stay!!! Thank you Richard!
