In a hamlet, my recent wooden house welcomes you for a nature holiday, quiet and active at the same time. The activities are varied: hiking, in a bucolic countryside or in the megaliths of Saint-Just, or cycling along the Nantes-Brest canal. You can also choose to spend the day on the beaches of La Baule or Le Croisic on the Atlantic coast, on the picturesque and artistic sites of La Gacilly or Rochefort en Terre, on the cities of Nantes or Rennes, which you can reach in 50/60 minutes by car or train. The nearby town of Redon is in the heart of a region full of ancient Breton history. You can do your shopping at the Halles de Redon or in the surrounding villages where many producers offer succulent local products: vegetables, cheeses and dairy products, poultry, honey, ciders, organic breads and pastries. In the evening, on the south-west facing terrace or under the cedar tree, you will dine in a soothing atmosphere and sleep serenely while dreaming of your next discoveries. The interior of the house is practical and functional. In the bedroom, a 2* twin bed 80/200 cms, allows a couple to get closer or two friends to each have their own bed. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a sink. A corridor leads to cupboards for a laundry room / dressing room and a separate toilet. It overlooks the living room, living room, dining room and equipped kitchen. In terms of technology, the house is equipped with an Orange WIFI box and a large screen with sound base. Security is provided by Sector Alarm, allowing you to set an alarm day and night if necessary. The garden, on a wooded plot of 1400 square metres, is very pleasant with fruit trees and other plants such as rhododendrons or other flowers. In the morning, you can hear the birds and in the evening, you can see the sun set and the starry skies.
