Holiday bungalow (1):
Small apartment (25 m²) with separate entrance and a combined living room / bedroom with double sofa bed (150 x 195) and single bed (90 x 200). Ground floor with terrace in the countryside, TV, kitchenette, shower / WC.

Bungalow on own property with separate entrance in the countryside, in a quiet location. In front of the house is a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and swing for children. The apartments consist of a combined living room / bedroom, with TV, kitchenette and bathroom. A washer and dryer can be used for a surcharge. Parking is available. Dierkow West is a residential estate located about 4 km northeast of Rostock city center. The tram and bus stop Dierkower Kreuz is just a 5-minute walk. By tram you can reach the city center in 10 minutes. With the public transport from the Dierkower cross you can also reach the train station, the zoo, the seaside resort Warnemünde and much more. From the A 19, exit Rostock-Nord, it is about 2 km to the Ludwig-Feuerbach-Weg. The beach after Markgrafenheide is 20 minutes by car. In the vicinity there are bakers, butchers, discounters and various restaurants. Towels and bed linen included, free Wi-Fi. 7 € per house / small animal per day You pay cash on arrival. Check-in from 15 o'clock, but only after arrangement by appointmentDays before 10.00 o'clock

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber. Die Anlage war sehr ruhig und die anderen Gäste sehr nett. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass das Besteckfach nicht so viele Krümel gehabt hätte. Auch die Gewürze waren nicht sehr appetitlich. Krümel im Salz z. B. Ich war froh, dass ich eigene Gewürze mit hatte.

Wochenendtrip nach Rostock

Das Ferienhaus und die Vermieter sind wundervoll. Sehr angenehm im Kontakt, auf das Wohl ihrer Gäste sehr bedacht. Dabei aber nicht aufdringlich sondern im Hintergrund und "allzeit bereit"! Ganz großen Dank, wir kämen bei Reiseplänen nach Rostock unbedingt wieder zu Familie Eppler.

Schöne kleine Wohneinheit in sehr schöner Lage. Sehr nette Vermieter und optimal wenn man mit Hund verreist, da man gleich im Grünen ist.

Cruise Port Accomodations

We booked the Eppler residence prior to our cruise, which worked our well, as there is shopping nearby and there are public connections to the Port of Warnemuende. We had to pull our luggage a couple of blocks from the Dierkower Kreuz tram stop along some cobblestones, but that worked out as well. We had a nice stay, however, it should be noted that the "bed" is actually a sofa bed, although it was comfortable enough,

Es war ein wunderschönes erholsames Wochenende: sehr freundlicher Vermieter, gut ausgestattete saubere Wohnung, sehr ruhige Gegend und dennoch stadtnah. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Park, wo man sehr gut spazieren gehen kann, so dass auch ein Aufenthalt mit Hund kein Problem ist.

Absolut Empfehlenswert !

Sauber, angemessen Eingerichtet, ruhige Lage, netter Kontakt ! Auch mit Hund möglich da mehrere Grünflächen und Parks in näherer Umgebung. Fußläufiges Restaurant "Zur Mühle" sehr zu empfehlen !
