Super Lage. Haus sehr ordentlich. Wohnung ok.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Das Haus ist sehr ordentlich. Die Wohnung ist für unseren Geschmack etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bei den Betten und am Bad müsste man eigentlich was machen. Der Schlafkomfort ist mit der Matratze und den Decken eher mau. Bei 30,- Euro pro Person für das Wäschepaket darf man eigentlich davon ausgehen, dass Geschirrtücher dabei sind. Ansonsten netter Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Für die Jahreszeit(November) waren die Tage dort top,der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter-super,auch die Wohnung war sehr schön!Würden auf jeden Fall die Ferienwohnung wieder buchen..

Alles prima

Die Wohnung ist klein und fein und die großen Schränke etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles sehr sauber und ruhig. Erreichbarkeit des Strandes in wenigen Minuten, Bäcker, Supermarkt etc. alles vor Ort. Lediglich ein paar tagtägliche Utensilien haben uns gefehlt (Spülmittel, Geschirrspültabs, 1 x WC Papier), das waren wir bisher anders gewohnt. Beim nächsten Mal bringen wir es eben gleich mit und kaufen es nicht erst vor Ort :)

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr freundlichen Vermietern

Trotz eines Wasserschadens in der Wohnung, der schnellstmöglichst behoben wurde, war der Aufenthalt schön. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist sehr freundlich.

Optimale Strandlage und freundlicher Vermieter

Auch wenn die Wohnung etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und Abnutzungserscheinungen zu erkennen sind, ist es dennoch gemütlich. Bei uns fehlte der Kinderstuhl und der Vermieter hat sich umgehend darum gekümmert, wirklich sehr freundlich.

Alles super trotz Anfangsschwierigkeiten meinerseits

Der Urlaub war klasse, die einzigen Mankos waren, dass die Deko teilweise ziemlich eingestaubt war und dass es keine Deckenbeleuchtung in Wohn- und Schlafzimmer gibt, sondern nur Stehlampen, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Zu Beginn habe ich leider den Schlüssel zum Appartement in meiner Fahrzeugkarosserie verloren ... Obwohl es schon sehr spät war hat sich Herr Walther trotzdem umfangreich um das Problem gekümmert und mich einen Ersatzschlüssel von ihm abholen lassen. Super Gastfreundlichkeit.

Schöne kleine Wohnung - auch mit Hund

Ich brauchte für mich und meinen Hund eine spontane Auszeit. Diese Wohnung fand ich abends in kurzer Zeit. Die Bestätigung mit einer Nachricht des Vermieters ließ auch nicht lange auf sich warten. Am nächsten Vormittag konnte ich bereits einziehen. Es ist keine Luxuswohnung aber sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Aber bei dem günstigen Preis kann man das auch nicht erwarten. Ich konnte hier 3 Tage wieder zu Kräften kommen. Für mich war die Lage zwischen Niendorf und Timmendorf City in Ordnung, da viele Spaziergänge mit dem Hund auf dem Programm standen. Zur Promenade sind es nur wenige Schritte. Auch der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend. Für 2 Personen + Hund sehr zu empfehlen.

Schöner Silvesterurlaub

Es war alles bestens, wir können die Wohnung nur aus vollem Herzen weiterempfehlen! <3 Man ist ruckzuck in der Stadt und auch in Niendorf, der Strand ist quasi gleich vor der Haustür. Wer Hunde mit dabei hat, hat einen kleinen Park gleich schräg gegenüber und die Wanderwege rund um den Hemmelsdorfer See sind auch schnell erreichbar. Alles super! Auch unser kleiner Mann hat sich in seinem Babybett sehr wohl gefühlt... :) Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Überbucht

Timmendorfer Strand ist ein schöner Ort. Leider hatten wir ein nicht so schönes Erlebnis, denn als wir einchecken wollten mußten wir feststellen, daß die Wohnung noch belegt war. Nach einem kurzen Telefonat mit dem Vermieter stellte sich raus, dass die Wohnung noch belegt war und doppelt gebucht wurde. Das war im ersten Moment sehr ärgerlich, aber der Vermieter kümmerte sich prompt um Ersatz. Ab dann war es ein schöner Urlaub gewesen, auch wenn er nicht so optimal begann.

Die Wohnung beinhaltete alles wie beschrieben und noch mehr. Alles war sauber und gemütlich. Es ist ein sehr ruhiges Haus in sehr guter Lage. Also alles top!!! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!!! Danke :-)

Gute Lage der Wohnung

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung war sauber und die Entfernung zum Strand ist relativ kurz. Ruhiges Haus. Wir haben uns da gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Und einen festen Stellplatz für PKW gibt es auch hinter dem Haus. Danke Herr Walther für den netten Kontakt.
