Country Retreat only 1.5 miles to the heart of Leipers Fork in Franklin, TN; where you can enjoy all of the shops, nightlife, art, and great food the area has to offer. Check out Pucketts Grocery that offers frequent live music, The Spa of Leipers fork, Gratidude Ranch where you can find a petting zoo and The country Boy Restaurant all just a few minutes down the road! Want to spend the Day in Nashville? You're only a short 45 min. car ride away!

The Space:
This newly renovated home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with 8 total beds + 2 pack n plays for families with little ones; Plenty of room for the whole group. Guests will also enjoy the large yard with firepit and patio area for BBQ grilling.

Please note: this home does share lot space with an Airstream RV rental that may or not be rented at the same time.

Sorry, we do not host locals. Any local that books this property without contacting management first for approval will have the reservation canceled without refund.

All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed.

If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.

Lovely site for a family getaway

It's remote--25 min from downtown Franklin-- but accessible. Def go to the red Byrd coffee place in Leipers Fork. Fireplace is not reliable. But the house is great for 2-3 couples plus up to 6 kids, or more. The kids loved the yard. Lots of games available. Good kitchen.

A little cleaning would go a long way

Property was cute with a great layout for multiple people. Kitchen was plenty big for our group. Outdoor space was very nice. The issue was with how dirty the house was. Bed sheets were dirty and had hair in them. The floors, especially in the bathrooms were filthy and covered in hair. It appeared that the house had been picked up but not actually cleaned. The AC also could not keep up and the house was very warm. I would not stay here again.

A Great Stay

Our family met in Leiper's Fork for Thanksgiving and this house was the perfect place for us. We enjoyed lots of gathering and run-around space outside, including a couple of beautiful nights around the outdoor fire. We were very thankful for the well appointed kitchen which met all of our T-day meal needs. The house was clean, with lovely, modern decor, along with comfortable beds and furniture. Also, a big plus for us was the close proximity to some trails along the Natchez Trace Parkway. We would definitely stay again!

Great place

House was clean and in quiet area. Had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Outdoor space was also great - a couple of sitting areas with nice lighting and a BBQ and firepit. Would stay here again!
