The Vanderbilt Beach Rd beach access is OPEN, just steps away from the unit. The neighborhood includes the Ritz Carlton Beach Resort. The Buzz’s Lighthouse restaurant is open and steps away from the condo. Mercato shopping center, Publix and Whole Foods are all less than 2 miles away.
